For 15 years, JOY has stood for women-specific ski equipment developed from the ground up for women who love the fun of skiing. With a geometry biomechanically tailored to women, JOY ensures an outstanding skiing experience.
The BETTER BALANCE PR PLATE ensures a constant ramp angle, which enables easy turn initiation and more stability at high speeds. The women-specific flex behaviour, with a softer flex in the middle of the ski, guarantees homogeneous pressure distribution.
A narrower shovel design enables smoother turn initiation and more control, while the sidecut with a longer radius ensures a more stable ski and controlled edge transitions.
The Total Joy is aimed at sporty female skiers who are looking for a highly athletic all-mountain ski. The Better Balance technology ensures the optimum position on the ski, provides stability and supports turn initiation. The new shape of the Total Joy forgives the odd skiing error, makes the ski more manoeuvrable and thus ensures more skiing fun.
HEAD uses carbon and poplar wood in the construction, which makes the Total Joy a lightweight but powerful all-mountain ski. The e-Total Joy is optionally available with the Protector binding, which significantly reduces the risk of knee injuries.
