The new slalom glove, developed in close co-operation with the LEKI World Cup team and technical specialist Marta Bassino, is the ideal choice for ambitious slalom skiers. This model has been specially tested and developed to fulfil the highest demands in racing.
The glove offers comprehensive protection thanks to fully integrated padding that effectively protects the hand from contact with gate poles and snow. An outstanding feature is the fully integrated flexible TPU panel, which encloses the central knuckle area and ensures optimum cushioning. This contributes significantly to the reduction of impact forces in the event of direct contact.
For additional protection, the gloves are equipped with silicone polygon pads on the fingers, which are reinforced with a ceramic shell. This reinforcement results in a particularly robust surface and high abrasion resistance, which ensures the durability of the glove under extreme conditions.
The innovatively designed Glidezone, consisting of the Speed Panel, silicone pads and the Protected Thumb, not only optimally protects the hands, but also allows the glove to slide perfectly when in contact with the bars. This ensures that athletes can maintain their speed without being hindered by the glove.
