Selection order
We ask you to refrain from placing a so-called selection order. If you are unsure about the right size or have any questions about an item, we will be happy to help you. We will also advise you if you are unable to decide.

By selection order, we mean an order to choose from several items purchased (similar items in different sizes/variants) and with the intention of keeping only one product or none at all and returning the remaining goods. We are of course aware that it is not always easy to decide on the right product, but such selection orders involve considerable costs for us.
We always strive to offer you, the customer, favourable prices and the greatest possible variety of assortment with consistent quality, but due to the selection shipments, this undertaking is becoming increasingly difficult for us. As our capacities are limited in some areas, we sometimes reorder articles from our suppliers. Furthermore, there may be signs of use on items that have been sent several times. These articles can then no longer be sold as new goods and have to be sorted out by us. Not least for these reasons, we are unable to accept large selection orders. We therefore reserve the right to no longer accept selection orders that are too large.
