This FIS-approved helmet is ideal for all ski racing disciplines and can be fitted with a slalom chin guard (sold separately) in seconds thanks to its tool-free system. The Volata combines an ABS Race Thermoplastic shell with advanced Impact Shields technology, which efficiently distributes impact forces in critical zones.
For added protection from slalom gates, the helmet features Gate Shields - moulded-in EPP foams with polycarbonate that protect the helmet from hard impacts. The helmet is not only safe, but also offers maximum comfort: the two-piece ear cups ensure excellent hearing during the race, and the removable ear pads enable a quick response in an emergency. The race-specific micro-adjustable ratchet buckle ensures the perfect fit.
