The ultra-light Marker Alpinist 12 pin binding, with an extended adjustment range of 35 mm to adapt to different sole lengths, fulfils all the requirements of experienced ski tourers. Its construction enables active length compensation without compromising the flex of the ski, which is particularly important on technical descents.
The carbon-reinforced, rigid ISI front ensures effortless entry: thanks to the wide base with integrated stop, the boot is automatically positioned and aligned correctly. The optimised kinematics of the pin levers allow the pins to snap reliably into place even at low pressure.
The heel offers practical ascent aids with 0°, 5° and 9°, which can be easily and quickly switched from ascent to descent mode. The 38 mm wide drill pattern ensures optimum power transmission to the edges, which provides maximum control and precise ski guidance - ideal for challenging descents after a long ascent.
