In contrast to its predecessor, the M6 Mantra, the M7 Mantra utilises the 4 Radius Drive Design - a further development of the proven 3D Radius Sidecut and an exclusive innovation from Völkl. This technology offers maximum versatility for different snow conditions, whether on or off piste, with increased stability on hard surfaces and improved performance on soft snow. By adapting the Titanal components to the different ski lengths and proportions of the skier, both the tip and tail can be weight-optimised and torsional rigidity improved. The result is a ski that retains the usual stability of a Titanal ski, but at the same time is noticeably lighter and more agile to control.
The customised carbon tip further improves the handling characteristics of the M7 Mantra. The targeted positioning of the carbon fibres ensures precise tip response and significantly improves the torsional rigidity of the ski.
